The great room is 34x22 feet with 9 foot Coffered ceiling, a 75 inch flat smart screen TV w/ SONO's sound bar, fabulous fire place, and french doors that lead to the fire pit, grill, gardens and lawn.
Wood floors are throughout with stone floors in the kitchen and bath. All the rooms have ultimate lighting, wired for sound with a plethora of seating.
Dining Room (23x14) seats 14 with 115 inch dining table. Exterior glass door leads to the side stone patio with a large teak dining table & chairs, grill, fire pit, and gardens.
The kitchen is fully Equipped with a large 5 burner gas range, granite tops, custom cabinetry, Bosh dishwasher, All Clad Pans, very nice dishes, serving platters, stemware, top of the line equipment and utensils. Everything you need to create any meal and baking needs.
The main floor has a beautiful Queen bedroom with full bath that has a custom design marble floor. Perfect for guests who wish to avoid stairs.
Second floor sleeping beds : King, King, King Full and (1) beautiful NEW crib.
Walk out lower sleeping King, with private full bath.
Entertainment Room/Guest Room suite, this 30 x 20 foot room has a NEW Ping Pong table, SMART flat screen tv, NEW 10 foot cloud sofa, this room has a full bath with large shower, and King size bed. Glass doors lead to a Bluestone Patio and beautiful back yard facing west..often with sunset color to enjoy.
Primary suite with a king bed, has it's own wing with a large walk-in closet, 65 inch smart tv, and 70 inch very cool wall mounted electric fireplace, master bath with separate WaterWorks jetted tub and separate large walk-in shower. Marble top vanity. Heated marble floors and towel bars.
Second floor has two seating areas:
One with a large sofa, ottoman, chair, flat screen TV. & book shelf.
The second with an 8 foot Mahogany Work Area that holds the Stereo Headquarters, fully wired throughout the house. Plug in your phone for music, enjoy speakers in the kitchen and primary bedroom, each with a volume controls.
HVAC throughout with 6 zones to control your individual climate needs.
Everyone really enjoys the outdoor seating with stone patios, string lighting above was just added this year, large grill, teak table and chairs, umbrella if needed, gas fire pit, arm chairs and top end folding chairs to relax around. Summer planters and blooming gardens make this yard a real delight. We have a basket ball area on the other side of the house. 4.5 acres of well maintained lawn, gardens, and fruit trees. We offer 4 bikes for your use.
Spotless sanitized Covid cleaning, with hand sanitizing station upon arrival.
Departure cleaning is included in our rental rate.

The road to our home is lined beautiful trees, stone walls on both sides. Great walking paths...Very peaceful yet not far from anything. Town is a 7 minute drive with restaurants, wonderful food markets, spas, shopping, movie theater, playhouse, wedding venues, farmers market, hiking, entertainment, history, library, gym and pools for your use. Equestrian horse farm with riding instruction 5 minute walk next to our property.
